Please inspect your purchase upon delivery or collection. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Evergrow within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and parts must be included.
• Photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

Returns may not be accepted for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

Please contact our team before returning any item. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Evergrow is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit arranged by the customer.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
